Hi! I’m Eric Versluis, founder and CEO of We Help Pastors. I’ve been a pastor for over 20 years in rural and urban churches of 50, 500 and 5000 people.

During that time I’ve been an Intern, Kids Pastor, Youth Pastor, Young Adults Pastor, Worship Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Associate Pastor, Lead Pastor, Ministry Support Director, Pastoral Leadership Team Lead, Transition Manager and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

I have my Masters in Ministry, Leadership and Culture from Fresno Pacific University. I’m a certified Change Management Professional and Grip-Birkman Coach. I’m credentialed with the BIC Church of Canada.

I want to help pastors because I am a pastor and I know how uniquely challenging ministry can be.

I’ve seen too many pastors quit or burn out because all of their time was taken with the demands of managing a non-profit.
