Who is Leadership Coaching For?
-
The Successful Pastor
- Your church is thriving, but the weight of leadership is overwhelming.
- You’re struggling to balance your responsibilities and avoid burnout.
- You need a game plan to scale and sustain growth without exhausting yourself. -
The Stuck Pastor
- You’ve been leading faithfully, but your church has hit a plateau.
- You feel frustrated, out of fresh ideas, and unsure what’s next.
- You need strategies and accountability to break through and build momentum. -
The Struggling Pastor
- Attendance is down, volunteers are scarce, and you feel like you're running on fumes.
- You’re wondering how to turn things around—or if you even can.
- You need an experienced coach to help you clarify your next steps and regain hope.
I’m not the right coach for everyone—but I might be the right coach for you.
Every time I’ve felt stuck personally, professionally, or physically, the only way I broke through was by finding a coach who helped guide me beyond what I thought I was capable of.
I want to be that coach for you.
My friend Lisa says I’m the “so what are you going to do about it?” guy.
I’ll listen. I’ll make space for your frustrations. But then, I’ll ask:
What’s the next step?
What’s the plan?
How do we actually make this better?
If you want real progress—not just good conversations, let’s work together.
So How Much Is This Going To Cost?
My goal is to make coaching support as accessible as possible.
I’m currently offering 6 Session Coaching Packages.
That includes:
6 One-on-one coaching calls (60 mins each)
Personalized leadership development plan
Regular accountability & follow-up
Tools and resources tailored to your goals
Cost: $600 (or 2 payments of $300)
***Need more flexibility? One-time coaching sessions available for $150/session.

4 Reasons You Won’t Want Me As Your Leadership Coach
-
Reason #1
You love collecting good ideas—actually acting on them? Not so much.
You’ll leave our sessions with clear next steps. If that stresses you out, I’m probably not your guy. -
Reason #2
Making progress takes more effort than making excuses… and, well, effort is hard.
If you want someone to just listen while you vent but never push you forward, I won’t be much fun. -
Reason #3
The word accountability gives you flashbacks to purity culture, and you’d rather avoid that energy.
I promise—this kind of accountability won’t scar you. But it will help you follow through. -
Reason #4
Making real changes—personally and professionally? Terrifying.
Spoiler: You might actually enjoy ministry again. You might build a healthier, more sustainable life. You might move your church forward. But hey, no pressure.
